Martin
J. Bass
Founder, President & Chief Technical Officer
Martin Bass is a Seasoned IT specialist,
with over 16 years of hands-on experience
in PCs, Windows (from 3.0 through
XP and all the flavors in-between),
and DOS. He has extensive applications
experience, and an uncanny knowledge
of computer hardware, peripherals,
networks and internetworking. He spent
10 years in the UK running a business
selling computers to journalists as
owner/ partner, so has developed infinite
patience with users.
Put simply - he is our Head Geek.

Coleen Gurske
Office & Operations Manager
Coleen Gurske has over 30 years of high tech experience with Tektronix,
Mentor Graphics, Sequent, and Symantec. At Control Freaks, Coleen is the
Operations manager overseeing the day to day activities focusing on
streamlining our processes for the best customer service and cost effective
operations as possible.

Matt Pomozal
In-House Computer Technician
Matt is the person you trust your PC to when you drop it off at our office.
He is the one that sits tirelessly in the back-office and fights with viruses,
spyware and dying hard drives all day.

Will Lipscombe
Senior On-Site Technician
Will’s first computer was an “Altech” brand desktop which he purchased
right after graduation from Associated Technical College in L.A. where he
graduated top of his class of fifteen students in 1988. Computer, printer
and network maintenance is more then just a career for Will it is his life
long passion and hobby. Aspiring to always learn more and grow in this
exciting field Will has numerous Certifications from Compaq, Hewlett Packard
and CompTIA. Currently A+ certified and soon to be MCSE Will strives to answer
all of your Computer needs.

Stephen
Rogers
Co-Founder & Business Advisor
Stephen Rogers is Vice President of Technology and Operations for LRS Solutions, Inc.,
which produces ValuWaste®, a hardware/software product and set of management processes
that help commercial kitchen operators minimize pre-consumer food waste and
thereby increase profitability.
His extensive experience working in a consulting services model was a key
part of the original vision that led to co-founding Control Freaks with Martin Bass.
He helped develop the Control Freaks brand, service offerings, and business strategy,
and continues today as a board director, supporting the company's growth and development

Mary Beth
Business Advisor
Mary Beth Rogers is Vice President of Operations for MTI (Merchandising Technologies, Inc),
which provide interactive consumer electronics merchandising solutions for the world’s largest
retailers. She has extensive experience working for major high technology companies
(Hewlett-Packard, Cray Research, InFocus) in various Operations capacities including
Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering Services, and
Customer Service.
Mary Beth serves as an advisor for Control Freaks, serving in her areas of expertise and
special interests including Operations Management, Strategic Planning and Business
Information reporting and analysis.

Johnson
Contractor & Ex-employee
Sue Johnson
has over 20 years experience in business
systems management with local Oregon
companies including Tektrionx, Sequent,
Mr. Formal and Wordsmith Advertising
Agency. Sue is a very experienced FileMaker
Pro programmer providing training and
developing solutions for small business
and workgroup information management.
Sue specializes in streamlining our
processes for the best customer service
and cost effective operations possible. |

Michael Dorn
Contractor
Mike’s first computer was a
TI99 in 1980 (with a whopping 3MHz
CPU clock speed). He’s owned
every generation of Intel CPU since
the 8086, and is a current participant
of the Intel R & D “Chip
Loaner Program”. He has over
5 years of corporate networking and
computer support experience with both
Novell and Microsoft server products.
He is a Certified Netware Engineer
(CNE), Microsoft Certified Professional
(MCP) and a Comptia A+ Certified Technician.
Mike considers fixing and troubleshooting
computers and networks his hobby
more than his occupation.
